As you are aware Uganda tourism lately participate in stunning and attractive activities including the showcasing of the ‘Uganda mountain gorilla’ at the Trafalgar Square (London) – that captured great attention, The Pearl of Africa Tourism expo that involved over 18 exhibitors, 1,000 visitors and stakeholders, the recently noted high increment in elephants population (to 5000), establishment of East African Tourism Portal that will make it easy for local and international visitors to access information on the products and experiences that this tropical region has to offer. Similary, Uganda is taking impressive steps to participate in the 2017 ITB expo that will be held in Berlin, Germany. Uganda is set to showcase Uganda’s great wildlife, scenic beauty, rich culture, heritage, historical sites, food, great entertainment, etc in this 51st Internationale Tourismus-Börse Berlin (ITB) exhibition in Germany from March 8 – 12, 2017.
This is yet another great opportunity to further market Uganda’s diverse natural endowments including; birds, wildlife, culture, history, tradition, food and weather among others. Uganda tourism industry expects a rise in sale after this awesome travel trade show at ITB – Berlin Uganda meet over 50,000 people, 10,000 exhibitors from over 180 countries.
Together with Uganda Tourism Board, Gorillas will be exhibiting in Hall 21.a Booth 121, sharing the stand with Kenya and Rwanda.
